About  Kickstart

  • The Kickstart Scheme provides employers funding to create job placements for 16- to 24-year-olds on Universal Credit.
  • The support grant is for: onboarding, training and associated costs per person.
  • The scheme supports six months of wages (25 hrs week at minimum wage) per role created.
  • There is no limit to the number of employees you would like to hire; this is a brilliant opportunity for businesses and Kickstarters!

HR Support &  Advisory Package

  • Provide a substantial amount of HR Support services and training.
  • Supporting employers with interview questions, design & marking sheet templates.
  • Providing employers with contracts of employment, starter & leaver processes.
  • Optional – handle job applications & candidate communications on behalf of the employer.
  • Setting up online assessments, including literacy and numeracy testing.
  • Pre-employment checks such as reference request and criminal records check as required.
