Warehouse Admin Assistant – Kickstart Scheme

Bache Samuels are working with Iconic Minds in conjunction with the Government funded Kickstart Scheme. They are looking for an Warehouse Admin Assistant to join them.

The Role:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Respond to emails, schedule meetings and support visitors.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative tasks and expediting work results.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

About You:

  • Proven working experience in a similar role or willing to learn.
  • Reporting Skills.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Managing Processes.
  • Analyzing Information.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Verbal Communication.
  • Ability to plan and manage own time and workload.
  • Ability to set and work to goals and targets.

This role is offered under the Kickstart Scheme so you must meet the relevant criteria:

  • Must be receiving Universal Credit
