Sales & Marketing Administrator – Kickstart Scheme

Bache Samuels are working with Evolution Sales, in conjunction with the Government Funded Kickstart Scheme. They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their busy team.

The Role:

  • Working closely with Sales Representatives and Marketing team to ensure that customer’s needs are met
  • Supplying quotations, responding to enquiries, monitoring stock, and keeping clients informed about their projects.
  • You will responsible for communicating between all involved in projects, (Marketing team, suppliers, and sales representatives) ensuring the customer is always the priority.
  • Light marketing duties will be included such as but not limited too, responding to social media comments and questions.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records, compiling monthly sales reports
  • Assisting the marketing with day to day tasks

About You:

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Training will be provided on the specific programmes utilised by Evolution, such as Salesforce, Monday, Trello, and HootSuite, but confidence with computers and the Microsoft Suite is ideal
  • It is vital that you are happy to communicate with Customers and colleagues by telephone and email
  • Experience of working in an environment where customer service is paramount is ideal
  • An interest or experience with Social media is preferable
  • Experience of working in sale or marketing (desirable)
  • Confident with IT/MS packages

The role is office based 3 days a week.
