Finance Assistant – Kickstart Scheme

RCKM Leisure, in conjunction with the Government Funded Kickstart Scheme, are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their busy team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

You will support the Finance Team in the administration and day-to-day operational functions, including finance and data inputting. You will support the Finance team in ensuring that the finance activities run smoothly and efficiently, including the administration tasks.

Tasks include:

  • Processing invoices onto Excel and company accounting software
  • Updating cost Excel sheets
  • Basic book keeping
  • Inputting revenues onto Excel and company accounting software
  • Filing of company paperwork
  • Ad-hoc finance excel tasks as and when required

You’ll work closely with the Director, assisting with their daily duties, diary management and travel planning, report writing, General Office admin, Running errands.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is desirable
  • Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
